ABC LAWS
As a mobile bar in Virginia we are not allowed to purchase, transport or sell alcohol. There is no license we can receive to achieve this and be mobile. Virginia Law requires the Event Holder to purchase and transport all alcohol to the event. You provide the alcohol and we will serve you.
ABC LICENSING
The Event Holder is required to apply for a Banquet ABC License for the day of the event. It is a fairly easy process and minimum cost. Click the link below to apply with VaABC

PURCHASING ALCOHOL
There are lots of good places to purchase beer, wine and spirits. There is even wine offered in a keg now. Lots of breweries offer kegs of their own beer if you would like to go that route.
